I Believe Myself

Your back that passed through the ticket gate,
swallowed up by the glow of the sunset
You don't turn around, not bothering to wave
I understand; I won't turn around either

It's not only a beautiful thing, engraving the world into my heart
I continue on a different path so we can meet again

Memories wonderfully hide
our sadness and pain
I can't find a new door there, where those memories were
Our new days await
Today connects our yesterdays and tomorrows
I will walk, I believe myself.

The same old town swaying in the morning mist
Let's leave the warmth of comfort behind
The heart alone is enough, nothing else can be carried
It's alright, because there's no such thing as worry.

"Don't run away from pain, take the sorrow."
Someday, let's talk about things like that too.

Memories shine.
I'll show you our destination, but we can't proceed to our future.
Before those memories
We can fly, flapping our wings like birds of freedom
I'm not afraid, I believe myself

 Each future...
Let's hold out our hands toward our own skies so we can be proud someday.

 Memories wonderfully hide
our sadness and pain
I can't find find a new door there, where the memories were
Our new days await
Today connects our yesterdays and tomorrows
I will walk, I believe myself.
